Arpeggios for Actors

We are all "actors" we all perform all the time--walking, talking, working at a computer. Some of us also Perform: sing, dance, act. This workshop is for everyone who wants to perform better, either in everyday activities or special performance activities. We will introduce the Technique, and then apply it in any activity you choose to do. If you want more ease and comfort in all your activities, come to this workshop! Teacher Training Workshops, Saturday Sessions The
Saturday morning session of our
Teacher Training Workshops is open to anyone interested in learning
more about the Alexander Technique, including beginners. Saturday
afternoon is open to anyone who has had classes with us before. (You
are welcome to come to either or both morning and afternoon sessions)
We will work with you at your level, in whatever activities you choose. And you will have the added benefit of watching people work who have been studying the Technique for a long time, and are training to be teachers. Time: 9 to 12 and 1 to 4.
